The
Stein Hof is a guesthouse and excursion destination located on the
Vinschgauerstrasse between Plaus and Naturns in the heart of beautiful
farming country. You’ll be able to enjoy country living, yet are still only 6km outside of Merano. Naturns is only 2km away and definitely worth the trip. Visit its new in- and outdoor pool, or even squeeze in a game or two of tennis.

We
offer cozy rooms with shower/WC and south-facing balcony, as well
as a beautiful vacation apartment for 2-4 people. Sunbathing area
and parking in front of the house. Our so-called Törggele Cellar and the big covered terrace, invite you to enjoy hearty country snacks featuring specialties from South Tyrol, bacon and smoked meats, and in autumn: nuts, chestnuts and, of course, freshly pressed grape juice. |
| Set
out from here along hiking trails up into the mountains, or enjoy
a leisurely stroll along the footpaths down on the valley floor. The Nörderberg, which is located across from us, is a fantastic hiking area through meadows and forests, taking us to Aschbach, up onto the Birchberg or even to the Vigiljoch (elev. 1,720m). |

visit to the Schnalstal, with its unique high-alpine scenery and the
all-year-round ski area on the Schnalser Glacier (3,212m) are something
